The market continues to see increased activity with lack of stock meaning prices for certain properties are reaching higher and higher levels.  The supply and demand  relationship continues its influence and it would certainly help matters if that balance were improved.  It is really good to see greater confidence within the economy generally and we believe this is feeding through to the property market. Certainly property is a hot topic and our overall enthusiasm for it seems to be evident wherever you go and whom ever you talk to.
