The last few weeks have seen increased activity across the board with offers, exchanges and listings all seeing increased activity.  That said, there are still areas where there is less action, but, it is pleasing to see the property market showing positive signs. 

We are often asked about when is the best time to put a property on the market.  On the whole our answer is, when it suits you, when your own personal circumstances dictate.  The often perceived notion, for example, that Spring is the best time has its merits, but also drawbacks.  For instance, there is greater competition with other properties also coming to market at this time.
