We engaged Stevenette on two occasions in the last 12 months and the service received was excellent, with good realistic advice about property values and sale price expectations. we dealt principally with Richard and Martin who arranged and conducted all viewings and were proactive throughout the sale process, providing regular updates and when necessary assisting to progress matters on our behalf. We considered the fees to be reasonable given the amount of work undertaken in a difficult property market. Based on our experience we would not hesitate to recommend this small independent and family run business.
